Return Policy

General Returns:

All returns must let our customer support know within 2 days from the time you receive the dress, and fill in the "Product Return Form" we provide. We only accept products in their original condition. In particular, meaning no tears, no wear and no odor.

1. We check each dress before we send it out, we can ensure the color and the size are correct, if you find the size or the color is wrong, please contact us. After confirming, we can help you.

2. If the dress has any major quality problem, please let our customer support know within 2 days from the time you receive the dress, we will solve the problems for you as soon as possible.

3. We do not accept returns on special ordered gowns such as hollow to hem gowns.

4. All the dresses are custom-made, in general condition, we cannot accept the exchange, hope customers can understand this.

Attention:

1. If the color is a little different between the dress you receive and the one on our website, it may be due to the difference of display monitor, hope you can kindly understand.

2. Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior acknowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via email or live chat and obtain a "Product Return Form that must be included with your return package.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Refund will only be issued upon our receipt of the returned parcel.

5. Please write sample or gift on the parcel instead of dress, and the value should be no higher than 20 USD, so that your parcel will pass the customs successfully, and we will be able to get, otherwise we will not acknowledge this return, thank you so much.

Damaged Merchandise:

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise before sending to ensure each one is new and undamaged. If you feel your merchandise is damagedit must be caused by the shipping, we need a photo to confirm and you must have a return authorization from us for us to accept the merchandise. Shipping damages must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier.

Cancel Order:

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after you pay.

If you contact us 24 hours later but within 72 hours after we receive your payment, 50% refund of the total payment will get into your account.

We will not cancel your order after 72 hours from the moment we get your payment. Hope you can kindly understand.
